SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for an order to be delivered after it has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

● Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Due to high order volumes, orders require 1–2 business days to be prepared before shipment.

● Shipping Time: 7–10 business days
Once your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and international distance.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday–Friday) via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

· Incorrect or incomplete address information

· Customs clearance procedures

· Weather conditions or carrier-related delays

ITEM NOT RECEIVED

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to locate your package.

Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. However, if the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
